Industrial plugs and sockets are also known as waterproof plug sockets, IEC309 plug sockets and European standard (European) plug sockets - European standard plugs and sockets, because of their waterproof and dustproof characteristics, have been widely used in the field of industrial power distribution. It is mainly used for power connection and input input power distribution.
PBT or aluminum is generally used for the production of industrial plugs and sockets, while industrial plugs and sockets produced by PBT materials are currently used, because they are more common. As a fairly strong plastic, PBT can withstand a variety of harsh environments. For example, it can be used in environments with frequent disconnections and connections, as well as in environments with chemically aggressive liquids. Industrial plugs and sockets are also divided into two kinds in terms of protection level, generally IP67 and IP44, and have different characteristics, which can be changed according to the needs of customers.

1. Plastic core: waterproof plug, socket series products core is made of fireproof plastic (nylon). It can withstand temperatures up to 120°C under normal operating conditions. Flame retardant test (850°C glow wire), no visible flame, no continuous glow, no fire on the silk paper. After removing the glow wire, the flame is extinguished within 30 seconds and the glow disappears.
2. Pin and socket: made of copper, with good plugging and unplugging function and anti-corrosion function.
3. Shell: The waterproof plug and shell of the socket series products are made of plastic (nylon), which can reach 90 °C without deformation under normal use, and the technical indicators of -40 °C remain unchanged.
